Wide receiver Percy Harvin is inactive for the Seattle Seahawks two weeks after making his debut for the team. Harvin was listed as doubtful on Saturday's final injury report as he continued to struggle with soreness in his surgically repaired hip. Coach Pete Carroll had said it was unlikely Harvin would make it back against the Saints after he sat out the entire week of practice.
