Florida Atlantic coach Carl Pelini and defensive coordinator Pete Rekstis both resigned Wednesday after university officials said they acknowledged using illegal drugs. FAU received information about the allegations of drug usage by the two coaches on Monday, said athletic director Patrick Chun.
