MOSCOW, Oct 19 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to remove Vitaly Mutko as minister of sport, appointing him a deputy prime minister overseeing sports, tourism and youth policy instead, Russian news agencies reported on Wednesday.
