MOSCOW (Reuters) - The decision by Court of Arbitration for Sport to uphold a ban on Russia's participation in next month's Rio Paralympics is unlawful and politically motivated, TASS news agency cited Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko as saying on Monday.
