Prosecutors drop Sinkewitz criminal probe in return for payment (AP) German prosecutors have dropped a criminal investigation of former T-Mobile rider Patrik Sinkewitz in return for the payment of a fine. Sinkewitz has acknowledged doping and has been cooperating with authorities.
