South Carolina St. coach Tonya Mackey to step down (AP) South Carolina State women's basketball coach Tonya Mackey will resign at the end of the season. Mackey is 36-67 in four seasons with the Lady Bulldogs, who are currently 6-11 and 3-3 in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
