Hanley Ramirez had two three-run homers for six RBIs, David Ortiz added a homer and the Boston Red Sox beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 9-4 in interleague play on Friday night. It was a much-needed victory for the Red Sox, who had lost four of five. Boston scored four runs in each of the first two innings, ending a streak of 14 scoreless innings by the Diamondbacks' starting pitchers.
