For the second year in a row, the Texas Rangers added a top player who had already nixed a deadline deal to another team. The AL West-leading Rangers acquired catcher Jonathan Lucroy from the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday, a day after the two-time All-Star catcher blocked a trade that would have sent him to AL Central-leading Cleveland.
