Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista has been activated off the 15-day disabled list and will lead off against San Diego on Monday night. Catcher Russell Martin, who missed the past three games with a sore left knee, is also back in the lineup as the Blue Jays welcome the Padres to Toronto for the first time.
