Brian Shaffer allowed only two hits and struck out eight in a complete-game effort as sixth-seeded Maryland ousted Indiana from the Big Ten Tournament with a 3-0 victory on Friday. The win was the second of the tournament for the Terrapins (30-26) over the third-seeded Hoosiers (32-24), and Maryland will next face Iowa on Saturday morning.
