Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki learned Saturday he was heading to the All-Star Game again as an injury replacement. It's his fifth appearance in the All-Star Game where he'll join fellow Rockies infielders Nolan Arenado (third baseman) and D.J. LeMahieu (second baseman) at the mid-summer classic.
