Third baseman Adrian Beltre is back in the Texas Rangers lineup even though it still hurts to swing the bat. In a somewhat surprising move, the Rangers announced less than 90 minutes before the start of Tuesday night's game against Oakland that Beltre was being activated from the disabled list after missing 19 games because of a sprained left thumb.
