Yankees right-hander Sergio Santos is going to have season-ending Tommy John surgery, and left-hander Jacob Lindgren is set to have a bone spur removed from his elbow. The Yankees made the announcement about Santos on Sunday, two days after the oft-injured reliever was placed on the disabled list with elbow inflammation.
