
Brett Anderson brushed aside the elements to put together another winning outing. Anderson pitched five solid innings, Adrian Gonzalez had an RBI double and threw out a baserunner at home, and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Colorado Rockies 2-1 on Friday night in a game called in the top of the sixth inning because of rain. An hour and 40 minutes later, umpires called it and the Rockies were left with their season high eighth straight loss. The Dodgers have won their last seven games against Colorado dating to Sept. 26.
