
Derek Holland pitched seven impressive innings in his second start off the disabled list, and the Texas Rangers beat the Seattle Mariners 1-0 Sunday to snap an eight-game losing streak. Texas gave interim manager Tim Bogar his first victory in his third game since Ron Washington resigned. Seattle, which had won five in a row, finished a 5-2 road trip. Shawn Tolleson worked the eighth, and Neftali Feliz completed the seven-hitter for his eighth save.
