Hey, do you think anyone will be doing triple flips at Worlds this October? The scoring system is different, so maybe it will be more worth it now, except if you're not consistent with it, then you may lose a lot of points from the execution score deductions. Some while ago, a couple of guys were doing triples from the vault, they got good scores. Women haven't been competing triples for a while now - on You Tube there's video of Shantessa Pama doing a triple back from the bars at the 2004 Nationals:

But probably now the girls are so careful about how hard they make their skills because they want to make sure the routine is clean to not lose points in the execution score, and they get the points in other ways -- like doing the 4 tumbling passes on floor that like everyone is doing now. Back-to-back tumbling! Maybe the Russian women will be the first to bring triple backs back again! They are known to do very exciting skills!
