USA Gymnastics named 12 women to the training squad for the Pan American Games (July 13-29 in Rio de Janerio in Brazil, artistic gymnastics competition is July 14-17 at the Rio Olympic Arena). Then at the final selection camp (June 30-July 3rd at the Women's National Team Training Cener in Huntsville, Texas) for this competition, they will nominate 6 team members and 3 alternates for the U.S. Olympic Committe to approve.
