Player Webs Sign Up Form - Full Gym Chat Access

For athletes, coaches, parents, and sport fans!

* If you are under 13 years old, you must get parental consent. first.

Please fill out the form below to sign up for your free Player Web account, giving you fullaccess to all the applications on Gym Chat. It is required for uploading and commenting on videos/audios and for joining and posting to networks/groups. It will also be required for our upcoming new applications...

If you have already signed up for a standard Gym Chat account through registration on the Message Boards, you may upgrade to a player web account by going to the upgrade form.

You can change/update all fields on your player account control panel. All Player Webs are initially set to PRIVATE (friends only) by default.

	Player Username
	USE ONLY NUMBERS AND LETTERS, _ IS OK TOO NO OTHER CHARACTERS. This will be your web url address, i.e. www.gymchat.com/username (you just input your username in the field).

	Verfication

	Switch Code * case sensitive get code in audio form
