After you have signed up for your Player Webpages, you automatically get a confirmation
email (sent to the email address you provided). Click on the link in that email,
or copy/paste the link into your web browser if it's not clickable (link may not
be clickable for AOL users), to activate your account. Now you're all set to start
using your Player Webpages!

That's right, no web design or programming experience required, even to make your
own custom style for your webpages! To make changes and update your Player Webpages,
go to your Styles, Content, and Account Control Panels. You can access these pages
from these respective Edit Styles, Edit Content, and Edit Account icons located
right below your links menu on your webpages. You must first be logged on to have
admin access to your pages; if you are logged on but are on someone else's Player
Webpages or Club Teams Web, click the "My Account" link at the top-right
of the page. On these control panel pages, you just fill out the forms and click
the update buttons and all the coding is done for you!

Pictures displayed on your homepage are your profile pictures and the 6 homepage
pictures you may choose to upload from your Content Control Panel (first section
there). You may choose where each homepage picture is displayed on the Picture
Viewer by specifying it in the appropriate field in the Content form for this;
the picture placements are numbered horizontally from left to right. Pictures
on your Photo Album page will be displayed there if you choose to upload them
on your Content Control Panel, (it's the second section there underneath the form
for uploading pictures on your homepage). On your Photo Album page itself you
can control the order of the pictures, using the "Up" and "Down"
links located on top of each picture.

A "Private" Player Webpages Setting (which is the default setting) means
that all of your website will be viewable only to your friends in your Posse and
everthing except for your Profile Picture, Webpages Title, and Short Blurb will
be blocked from other users. You may also choose to leave the blue fields in your
Content Control Panel blank to keep your profile from being indexed and searched
by those details.

In order to post a message on someone's player web, you will need to be on their
"posse" (i.e. friends) list if they have the 'Post Setting' mode set
to 'Friends' (which is the default setting). So here's what to do:
1) Log
in to your player web
2) Go to the player web you want to post a message on
3) Click the "Add to Posse" button that is right above the "About
Me" section, right under the homepage top pictures.
4) This will send
a request to your friend to add you to their Posse list, so that you may add messages
to each other's webs (the link to accept friend requests will appear in their
Posse box on their homepage, they need to click on that link to pop-up the friend
requests page and click the "Add" button for your profile)
5) Once
your friend has accepted your request, your profile picture/username will appear
on their homepage in the Posse section and their profile picture/username will
be in yours, and then you will be able to post messages to each other when you
are logged in!
If your friend
has their 'Post Setting' set to 'Members' then that means you will be able to
post a message on their web regardless of whether you are on their Posse list,
if you are a member. If they have it set to 'All', then you can post a message
to them even if you are not a member yet.
